Ingredients

Shilajit contains over 80 minerals, such as iron, magnesium, zinc, and sulfur, all of which are beneficial in promoting strength and length to hair. It is commonly used for overcoming fatigue, boosting immunity and supporting healthy brain function.

He Shou Wu is known as the Root of Longevity in traditional Chinese medicine and is commonly used for its anti-aging properties and to strengthen the liver, nervous system, muscles, and bones.

Maca is a highly nutrient-dense root and is often used to nourish the hormonal system, lower high blood sugar levels and stabilise blood sugar levels. Its high levels of vitamin C helps to increase collage, fight the effect of free radicals, reduce skin damage and inflammation.

Rose is highly anti-inflammatory, beautifying and is often used in times of menopause or sadness for its heart-opening properties.

Ashwagandha is known as the Indian Ginseng and is prized for its strengthening without over-stimulating effects. Although the Ayurvedic root has been used for over 3,000 years, it has become increasingly popular in recent times for its calming and soothing benefits, whilst promoting longevity and enhancing long-term and short-term memory.

Cinnamon is a delicious spice that has been used for its culinary and medicinal benefits for centuries. Its highly anti-inflammatory and balancing properties are commonly used for reducing gastrointestinal issues, blood sugar imbalances, and fungal infections.
