Turkey Tail mushroom is packed with antioxidants and is often used to enhance energy levels and improve exercise performance. The mushroom also contains prebiotics to assist the microbiome and may help to nourish helpful gut bacteria to aid gastrointestinal issues such as Ulcerative Colitis, Crohn's, IBS or leaky gut.

Ashwagandha is known as the Indian Ginseng and is prized for its strengthening without over-stimulating effects. Although the Ayurvedic root has been used for over 3,000 years, it has become increasingly popular in recent times for its calming and soothing benefits, whilst promoting longevity and enhancing long-term and short-term memory.

Reishi is known as the Queen Healer Mushroom and is one of the oldest mushrooms known to be used for its therapeutic benefits. Studies have shown high anti-inflammatory benefits, boost to the immune system and is commonly prized for its calming effects on the mind and body.

Holy Basil is known as the Queen of Herbs and is an ancient adaptogen commonly used in Ayurveda to help calm anxiety, stress, balance hormones and reduce inflammation throughout the body, including skin issues.

Moringa is known as the Miracle Tree and is prized for its ability to boost energy, reduce stress, anti-aging properties and high levels of plant protein amongst several nutrients and antioxidants varying from vitamins A, E and K, calcium and iron.

Licorice is known as Sweet Medicine and is widely used for its ability to enhance muscle growth, respiratory conditions, and balance hormones. The anti-inflammatory and soothing herb may help with PMS, leaky gut symptoms and other gastrointestinal issues.
